Payment and Billing

Access to premium Visio modules is billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees. Subscriptions auto-renew automatically unless explicitly cancelled before the next renewal date. Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case and are generally processed at our sole discretion.

User Content

You retain all proprietary rights, including intellectual property ownership, in any data, project parameters, files, or media you upload to Visio. However, by uploading content, you grant Visio a global, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, parse, run, and display this content solely to provide and improve our services.

Limitation of Liability
