By creating an account, browsing our website, or using any of our applications, you agree to be fully bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of Visio.
Eligibility
To register for an account or use Visio's services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to form a binding contract. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords and API keys. All activities, transactions, and behaviors occurring under your Visio account are your sole responsibility. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly should any changes occur.
Use of Services
Visio grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to access and use our software services strictly for your business operations. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, crawl, automate queries, distribute malware, bypass security protocols, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform or infrastructure.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, design elements, visual interfaces, interactive features, code, brand marks, and documentation displayed on Visio are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. All rights remain the exclusive property of Visio and its licensors. No transfer of ownership occurs under these terms.
Payment and Billing
Access to premium Visio modules is billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees. Subscriptions auto-renew automatically unless explicitly cancelled before the next renewal date. Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case and are generally processed at our sole discretion.
User Content
You retain all proprietary rights, including intellectual property ownership, in any data, project parameters, files, or media you upload to Visio. However, by uploading content, you grant Visio a global, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, parse, run, and display this content solely to provide and improve our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visio, its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or operational disruptions arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Visio at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent or harmful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Visio Technologies is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We periodically update these Terms and Conditions to reflect product updates, shifts in legal framework, or operating policies. The revised terms will be published directly to this page with an updated timestamp. Continued use of Visio after such postings constitutes your binding acceptance of the modified terms.
